The terms that govern your use of Easy Business Developer.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise accessing or using the Easy Business Developer platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Easy Business Developer is a cloud-based platform for business planning, governance, financial tracking, donor and investor pipelines, and impact measurement. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate plans, documents, and recommendations based on information you provide.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.
The Service is offered as paid subscriptions (for example, a Starter monthly plan and a Pro annual plan). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
Plans, documents, and suggestions produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. AI output may contain errors or omissions. You must review all generated content independently before relying on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters requiring licensed expertise.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others; to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful; to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; to share your account credentials; or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without permission.
The Service, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of the business information and content you submit, and you grant the operator a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or generate. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal data that is not appropriate for a third-party cloud platform. The operator may remove content that violates these Terms.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party tools (such as payment processors and email providers). The operator is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to the operator in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The operator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account and subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
The operator may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
